Please make sure if you are a blended student that you have filled out your child's consent form for COVID Testing. To fill out this form digitally please log into your child's NYS Schools Account: https://mystudent.nyc/. It gives you the option to consent or deny. Please make sure that this is completed as soon as possible. We are in a yellow zone and we will have weekly testing in our school building.
