It is clear that you engaged in these lessons, and are feeling REAL emotions. If you are confused, that is ok. If you are angry, that is ok. If you feel pain, that is ok.

We will continue engaging with this further in the coming weeks, but remember to take care of yourself. Some of the lessons we are learning about are serious, and can be very sad.
