David A. Boody. **

** We will be holding elections for unfilled PTA Executive Board Positions at this month’s PTA Meeting.
The two positions that are open are First Vice President and Second Vice President. Below you will find the position descriptions.
1. First Vice President:
a. assist the President or Co-Presidents upon their request;
b. may be one of the signatories on all checks;
c. assist with the June transfer of Association records, including all pertinent user ids and passwords, to the incoming executive board.
