Dear Families,
We wanted to let you know that the results from this past spring's New York State English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics tests for students in grades 3 through 8 are now available.
These tests are designed to give us a look at how your child is doing when it comes to the learning goals set by New York State. But it's really important to remember that these test scores are just one piece of the puzzle. We look at many different things to understand your child's progress, including their class grades, report cards, writing, projects, and other assignments.
Our team is currently reviewing the results to help us plan for the school year. We'll share more details with you later this fall about what the results mean for our school community.
Test Scores are available through the NYC Schools Account under Assessments.
