πŸ—“οΈ Parent-Teacher Conference Information

When are Parent-Teacher Conferences?

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, March 12 at the following times:

  • Afternoon: 12:20 PM – 2:20 PM
  • Evening: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Note: Conferences are virtual β€” you can choose to meet by Zoom or by phone. Each conference is scheduled for 5 minutes per teacher.

πŸ§‘β€πŸ« Finding Your Child’s Teachers

You can find your child’s teachers on their program, which is posted in their grade-level Google Classroom or in your NYC Schools Account under the Schedules section.

⏰ If Time Slots Are Full

If no more time slots are available, you can email the teacher directly using our Staff Directory. The teacher will arrange another meeting time during Parent Engagement hours.

πŸ•§ Half Day Schedule

Students will have a half day on Thursday, March 12.

  • School hours: 8:00 AM – 11:20 AM (Periods 1,4,6,7)
  • Dismissal: 11:20 AM
  • Lunch: Served in school
  • Bus service: Runs as usual
  • After-school: No after-school programs that day

Report Cards for Marking Period 1 & 2  are available in your NYC Schools Account parent account under Grades

  • Report Cards are digital.
  • If you need help accessing your NYC Schools Account, please contact Ms. Alexa as soon as possible.

πŸ’» Accessing Google Classroom & Grades

  • Google Classroom: Log in using your child’s DOE username and password. Parents can read announcements but cannot comment.
  • Checking Grades: Go to your NYC Schools Account Parent Account homepage and click the ASSIGNMENTS button.
  • Staff Contact: Use our Staff Directory on the school website to contact teachers directly.
