As I'm sure you are all aware, there is an uproar in our communities across the world to fight racial injustice. We are experiencing unity like we have never seen before, fighting and peaceful protesting for equality amongst all races. We are being reminded and taught of the terrible hardships that Black communities have had to deal with for a very long time and now is the time we end it once and for all. We are very lucky to live where we do, in a "melting pot" of people from all different backgrounds, ethnicities and religions. We have grown up being taught to love our neighbors no matter their race or background, but unfortunately not everyone gets to grow up this way. Now is when we all have to stick together to stand up for what's right and end racial injustice.

You are not too young to inspire change.

Hi class, for todays lesson we will take a deeper look into antibiotics, antivirals and vaccines which are basically defense systems for our bodies when our bodies arent in the best shape. As we've learned, cells can get sick, divide too much and infect healthy cells. Sometimes, harmful bacteria enter our bodies and we get sick. Antibiotics, antivirals and vaccines all work together to help our bodies and cells get better, which increases our overall health. Hi class, throughout what we thought was going to be Spring Break, we are going to be going on some virtual field trips together. Your assignments will come directly from what we observe from these virtual field trips. Dominant and Recessive Genes tie into Punnett Squares which you should have became familiar with yesterday. We will be learning more about these topics over the next few days, so it's okay if some things dont make a lot of sense right now.
